Well, Honduras’ would-be communist dictator, Manuel Zelaya, seems to have figured out what the U.S. media hasn’t. In a recent interview, he said, “[This administration's members] are not true heirs to Lincoln.”

That’s how Zelaya repays Obama for all he’s done for him?

In a letter to Obama, Zelaya said:

“The future that you show us today by changing your position in the case of Honduras, and thus favoring the abusive intervention of the military castes … is nothing more than the downfall of freedom and contempt for human dignity. It is a new war against the processes of social and democratic reforms so necessary in Honduras.”

Zelaya has devised a strange plan to recover his position:

But even if he somehow wins the election by having his supporters not vote, according to Reuters:

Even if he is brought back, Zelaya’s Latin American allies may still reject the election result because the vote is being organized by Roberto Micheletti’s de facto government.
